Maryann Lynch joined the Rhode Island Association for Infant Mental Health (RIAIMH) in 2018 as Endorsement Coordinator, playing a key role in transitioning RIAIMH to a fully staffed organization. She developed essential infrastructure, systems, and community relationships to support the organization's growth. Prior to RIAIMH, Maryann spent over 25 years at the Bradley/Hasbro Children's Research Center (Bradley Hospital, RI), focusing on early childhood development, family functioning, and attachment assessments. Her expertise extends to areas such as Mastery skills, Problem-Solving, Goodness of Fit between parents and children, Strange Situation assessments, Life Skills, and home visiting practices. In 2022, she took on the role of Administrative Manager, where she oversees operational management, infrastructure development, and the IECMH-Endorsement® credentialing process. Maryann is dedicated to supporting the Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health workforce serving infants, young children, and families, emphasizing diversity, equity, and access in her work.
Maryann holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rhode Island College and is endorsed as an Infant Family Specialist (IMH-Endorsement®).
