The Rhode Island Association for Infant Mental Health
(RIAIMH) is the leading nonprofit membership
association for professionals concerned with the social and emotional well-being of pregnant women, young children (birth to five) and their families in
Rhode Island.
We welcome all professionals working with or on behalf of pregnant women, young children (birth to five), and their families to become RIAIMH members. Our members are:
We offer workshops, trainings and other professional development opportunities.
We offer the opportunity for professionals to receive an internationally recognized Endorsement® that recognizes your commitment to and expertise in infant and early childhood mental health principles and practices. Membership is a prerequisite for Endorsement®.
RIAIMH members qualify for discounts on RIAIMH-sponsored trainings. Members may attend our Community Conversation Series at no cost.

Members can shape future activities and access a statewide network of like-minded professionals. Members have the opportunity to participate on our Board of Directors or on one of our Committees. Members can also meet others engaged in work to support infant and early childhood mental health while participating in trainings and events.

We monitor and share news, policy developments, and best practices in the infant and early childhood mental health field.
