Child Care, Head Start & Pre-K Legislative & Budget Priorities

Please RIght from the Start on Wednesday, February 24th at 1:00pm for a Zoom conversation with leading legislators and advocates about RIght from the Start's 2021 child care, Head Start, and RI Pre-K legislative and budget priorities. We'll be talking about maintaining and strengthening funding for these high quality early learning programs. We’ll learn more about the new RI Child Care Is Essential Act to pay child care providers rates that meet the federal equal access standard and promote access to high-quality programs, expand family eligibility, and cap family copayments at the federal affordability standard. Panelists include:
