Why Thrive Together?
Early care and education providers have unique opportunities to promote infant/early childhood mental health by building and nurturing relationships that support social and emotional development, healthy attachments, and family engagement. The work is rewarding and it includes challenges and responsibility. Infant and early childhood mental health principles and practices can guide early care and education providers to promote the optimal development and well-being of young children. This community gives program leaders and providers training, strategies, and opportunities for reflection to do this important work.
What’s involved in participation in this community?
· 12 hours of customized training for the group, delivered in 6 remote two-hour afternoon sessions from November 2026-June 2027, first session on 11/10
· Three 2-hour site visits to each program & 4-5 reflective practice sessions to support implementation of learning
· Registration at NO COST (training hours approved by Center for Early Learning Professionals)
· Limited RIAIMH 2027 memberships available and support for interested individuals to earn Infant Mental Health and/or Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement®
Registration is limited to 12 ECE programs, with a team of up to 2-3 participants from each program

Who is Eligible?
- Early care and education programs that accept CCAP subsidies and serve infants and/or toddlers and their families
- Participating programs should ensure a consistent team of up to 2-3 staff (with at least one staff in a leadership position) can participate regularly
