Cristina Massey is a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist for Healthy Families America (HFA). She was formerly the Program Manager for the HFA program at Meeting Street. Cristina has been supporting children and families though her work in Early Childhood for over 20 years. After obtaining her degree in Psychology from Providence College, Cristina began her work at Meeting Street’s Early Intervention supporting primarily Spanish-speaking families in the urban core; something she was passionate about after having had personal experience with the work that EI does. After transitioning into Healthy Families, she expanded upon her journey of directly supporting families with attachment and bonding in a home-based capacity to develop these skills in other family visiting staff. Now, at the HFA national office, she supports HFA affiliates to do the important work of supporting families and training staff. She also offers reflective consultation in the form of group to EI managers and directors. Cristina earned her IMH endorsement as an Infant Family Specialist, Endorsed Reflective Supervisor.”
