This learning collaborative is designed for providers/supervisors who may not have had training in IECMH-focused reflective practice or who want to review the core concepts. We will focus on core infant mental health principles and reflective practices that serve as a foundation for service delivery. We envision a collaborative learning environment to explore a) shared meaning of infant mental health wellness, b) deepen our own professional sense of self, and c) review reflective principles related to our professional roles. We use a social justice and cultural humility lens deepen understanding of our work (Weatherston, 2012).
