The Rhode Island Association for Infant Mental Health (RIAIMH) collaborates with state and national partners to implement evidence-based initiatives and improve outcomes for young children and families.
RIAIMH is a founding advisor for Rhode Island's Safe and Secure Baby Court, an initiative of the Rhode Island Family Court. The Safe and Secure Baby Court was established to improve parents’ and children’s experience of the child welfare system. This Court provides enhanced services and supports to babies and their families, and helps babies find safe, loving, permanent homes as soon as possible. Learn more about this approach.
RIAIMH is proud to partner with Rhode Island KIDS COUNT and ZERO TO THREE on the Think Babies™ initiative, which was created to make the potential of every baby our national priority. RIAIMH will provide support to Rhode Island KIDS COUNT and ZERO TO THREE as they work to develop and implement campaigns that advance policies benefiting infants and toddlers.
